We kept the route through West Sand relatively short in case there was a downpour. Our destination was the Eagles. Only a few had every been there before. Thanks to Tia for staying open waaaay past their closing time to take care of us. For those that don't know, the Eagles is a non-profit organization that raises money for community based needs. Hence, our bartender does not get a paycheck for working there, she volunteers. FBC members were more than generous to her and the Eagles in return.
Costumes? There were some good ones. But FBC Lifetime Member for Life Marty took honors for his bear costume...it was over the top. His reward? A bottle of Deer Urine of course, hopefully he was able to attract some nice does later in the evening. Runners up were FBC Lifetime Members for Life Tom and Bryn who received some limited edition FBC Sandpoint stickers.
